If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist you with returns/exchanges with the guideline nelow:


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Items purchased in person from our physical locations at SHOE WAREHOUSE, 56 Shorting Road, Scarborough, ON, M1S3S3, Canada, can be exchanged only within 15 days, if the items are unused, unworn and with their original tags & boxes. 


How to Return an Item

You can return your purchase using one of the following options:

1. In-Person Return

Bring your item to our physical location during business hours:

Please bring your item along with your receipt or order confirmation for a quick and easy return or exchange.

2. Return by Mail

  • Contact our support team at info@workssafety.com to initiate your return.

  • Securely package the product in its original packaging.

  • Ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Processing & Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any original shipping fees.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after issuing the refunds.


Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by a manufacturing defect
